Ronit Roy Arrested Due To Rash Driving Film and television star Ronit Roy was arrested on the charges of rash and negligent driving after his speeding vehicle hit a moving four-wheeler with four occupants of a family, injuring an woman seriously, in suburban Amboli, police said. Ronit was produced before the Bandra Metropolitan magistrate court and was granted bail on a surety of Rs 12,000 as all the sections against him were bailable. Kareena's Wax Statue Unveiled at Tussauds Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor, unveiled her wax statue at the Madame Tussauds museum in Blackpool, Britain, this Thursday . "It is an honour and a privilege for me to have my own wax figure at Madame Tussauds Blackpool and even more so to launch a global Bollywood exhibition. This is a moment of pride for the Indian cinema," Kareena said in a statement. It took four months to create the wax statue, which cost 150,000 pounds. "The figure looks incredible and is so life-like. I had to do a double take when I saw myself - they have really done a superb job at capturing my essence," she added. The unveiling of Kareena's wax figure also flagged off a global exhibition, where the statues of Bollywood stars will be taken to six major cities around the world to be exhibited, before they are brought back to Blackpool in January next year. Kunal With An Accident Cricketer Yuvraj Singh seems to be too worried about his good friend actor Kunal Kemmu. As soon as Yuvi got to know that Kunal has met with an accident, he put up a picture of the actor in bed and wrote, "My dear friend Kunal Kemm badly injured! But still smiling! Let's all wish him a speedy recovery! The actor had earlier himself informed that he had met with an accident at home. "Freak accident at home - cut my hand, had to have surgery to mend two fingers but should be fine soon," Kunal said. Vidya Balan Hospitalised Many may think that with her upcoming film The Dirty Picture grabbing a lot of eyeballs, even before its release, Vidya Balan would celebrate Dussehra this year with much pomp and show. The truth however, was something entirely different. The actress was admitted to a hospital on the very day. A source told Mumbai Mirror, "Vidya has been taking her role in The Dirty Picture very seriously. With constant shoots and the stress it obviously entails, Vidya started feeling rather dizzy and restless about ten days back.
