California Gurls singer isn’t afraid to show off some skin and chose a super hot low-cut frock. Katy Perry was clad in a sophisticated purple dress with sparkly jewel details. Katy Perry purple dress at Purr fragrance launch featured a sheer piece that held the plunging neckline together.
